Welcome to Packlio, operated by Packlio LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of packlio.us (the “Site”), including purchases and other interactions with our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “Packlio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Packlio, operated by Packlio LLC.

By visiting our Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

By using this Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the Site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, colours, sizes, dimensions, prices, and availability.

Our products may include , gym duffel bags, school backpacks, laptop backpacks, and other everyday carrying accessories.

However, differences in device displays may affect how colours or other visual characteristics appear.

Product specifications and availability may change from time to time. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you to provide available options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Customers should review product descriptions, specifications, available variants, dimensions, materials, and sizing information before placing an order.

4. Product Availability

Products and variants are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that inventory will remain available until checkout and order processing are completed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you regarding available options or cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the Site in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise clearly stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilling the order. Where appropriate, you may be given the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not prevent us from contacting you regarding legitimate payment, fraud, inventory, address, or product-listing issues before fulfillment.

We may limit or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or other improper activity.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods made available during checkout.

Our store uses Shopify ecommerce technology, and available payment methods may include payment options supported and enabled through our checkout.

The payment methods actually available for your transaction will be displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.

8. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Our standard shipping terms are:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Standard Transit Time: 5–8 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 6–10 business days
Shipping Cost: $10.00 flat rate per order
Carrier: FedEx

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@packlio.us.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before shipment, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

10. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

For standard returns based on preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We charge no restocking fee ($0) for eligible returns.

11. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for eligible products within the applicable return period.

Exchange availability depends on product and variant availability.

Contact support@packlio.us to request an exchange before returning the product.

12. Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued.

13. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their orders after delivery.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact support@packlio.us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant information about the issue.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to evaluate the problem.

Where a return is required because of an incorrect, damaged, or defective item for which we are responsible, applicable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

14. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed when they can reasonably be completed before fulfillment or shipment.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact support@packlio.us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Eligible products may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping applicable account credentials confidential and for activity occurring through your account where legally permitted.
